What I do

Whatever your budget or requirements may be, we can help with your basic tracking needs. To do this, we use a variety of studios. We understand that the best recordings start with a great room that includes a great vibe and exceptional equipment. Whether it’s mics, amps, keyboards, Steinway, Yamaha pianos or other instruments, we utilize only top performing studio and instrument equipment to accommodate your needs. Musicians who specialize in specific instruments can also be arranged. If you prefer to use your own rehearsal space or residence, we would be happy to meet you there as well.

We offer many options for recording a session. You may prefer to record live in the same room with iso booths, closed or open. Or, you can record all in the same room, surrounded by gobos for more eye contact. Sometimes recording the rhythm section first is helpful if you decide to bring in other musicians later on. It is also a lot of fun to “piecemeal” a song one section at a time. Another option is to record to analog, when possible, even though most sessions are recorded in the digital domain. Analog allows us to transfer your recording over to a computer (especially for rock). A lot of major label rock records are starting out on analog 2” machines like Studers/Otalris and MCI’s. Either way, you can see that many options are available to you and can be tailor fit to meet your needs.

We look forward to customizing your recording by using the many options available to us. When you are ready to discuss the quality recording of your project, please feel free to contact us at any time. We look forward to working with you!
